Sick of yo-yo dieting and the on/off mindset? I get it!
I am a busy mom of two small children and a wife. I’ve been there. I’d find myself all-in on a healthy diet one day, then “falling off” the next. As a dietitian, I felt hopeless helping clients free themselves from the same yo-yo diet (and weight) patterns that I was experiencing personally. So, I set out to find something more helpful, and what I found changed my life as well as those of my clients. Not only do I preach to convert, I am the converted, too!
